Privacy information

Marbella Lux Rentals processes the details you provide in the booking and contact forms. We use these details to manage your enquiry, booking and pickup.

Booking details

We store the lead renter's name, age, personal identity number, address, city, country, email, phone number and booking selections to manage the booking and pickup checks. Personal identity numbers and home addresses are encrypted in the database and visible only to authenticated administrators. We do not verify your identity automatically.

Your name, email, phone number, car, dates, any delivery address and payment amount are sent to Stripe. Our website does not send your personal identity number or home address to Stripe. Card details are entered directly in Stripe Checkout and are not stored on our server.

Contact enquiries

Your name, contact details, subject and message are stored in our database and shown in our admin system to manage your enquiry. Automated emails are not connected yet. Do not include identity numbers or driving licence details in the contact form.

Essential storage

A secure booking cookie lets you view your payment confirmation in the same browser for 24 hours. Your delivery address may be stored temporarily in the tab's session storage between booking steps. Personal identity numbers are not stored in browser storage. Admin uses an eight-hour login cookie. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
